Terms of use

1) Acceptance

By accessing Sirwaji, you accept these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2) Accounts and access

• Users must protect credentials and maintain account confidentiality.
• Access rights must be assigned according to operational need and role.
• Unauthorized use must be reported to Sirwaji without delay.

3) Acceptable use

• Use the platform only for legitimate booking and client management operations.
• Comply with applicable laws, including personal data protection laws.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls or disrupt service availability.

4) Plans, trial, subscription, and renewal

• Commercial plans (Starter, Business, Pro) and pricing may change over time.
• The free trial lasts 7 days, then the selected subscription becomes chargeable.
• Subscriptions are recurring (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancellation.
• Cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the already paid period.

5) Refund policy (No refunds)

• Due to the immediate digital nature of SaaS delivery, all payments are final and non-refundable.
• No full or partial refund is provided for started or unused billing periods.
• No prorated refunds are applied when a subscription is cancelled mid-cycle.
• An exception may apply only where required by law or in case of proven duplicate technical charge.
• Any exceptional request must be sent to support@sirwaji.com within 7 days.

6) SaaS service delivery

• Sirwaji is a fully digital service and does not involve physical shipment.
• Account activation happens after onboarding and payment validation.
• Standard activation is immediate or, if manual verification is needed, within 24 business hours.

7) Intellectual property

Sirwaji and its licensors retain all rights to software, interfaces, branding, and related materials. No ownership transfer is granted to customers.

8) Availability and liability

Sirwaji applies reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or external dependencies. Liability is limited as set by applicable law and contract.

9) Suspension, termination, and updates

• Access may be suspended in case of security risk or serious non-compliance.
• Either party may terminate according to contractual obligations.
• These terms may be updated; the latest revision date is authoritative.
